Welcome to the Dining Associates Company website.  Dining Associates strives to offer its clientele the highest quality food, beverage, lodging and service in an attractive and tasteful setting.  Dining Associates was established in 1974 by Mr. William B. Eberhardt and operates lodging properties in the Village of Skaneateles, as well as several restaurants both in Skaneateles and the central New York area. 

Our mission throughout Dining Associates is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing Quality Products and Quality Services in a warm, friendly and unique setting. We will consistently strive to make the extra effort to please our guests and visitors and by doing so will foster repeat business, positive word of mouth referrals and goodwill among the local community and tourist trades. This 100% customer satisfaction must be achieved in an efficient and profitable manner in order to secure the livelihood of all those who are part of the organization now and in the future. Dining Associates Properties:

 

The Sherwood Inn:  Located In Skaneateles, NY was the original operation of the Dining Associates organization.  The Inn, established in 1807, was purchased, renovated, and, reopened in 1974 by Mr. William B. Eberhardt.  Housing a Tavern,  lakeview dining rooms, banquet facilities, and, 25 hotel rooms furnished in unique period style.  The Sherwood Inn is locally and nationally regarded as a unique dining and lodging experience.

Colgate Inn:  Located on the Village Green in the heart of downtown Hamilton, NY is the original operation of Eberhardt, LLC.  Eberhardt LLC signed a long term contract in 2004 to operate the property, owned by Colgate University. Fully renovated in 2011, the Colgate Inn is a pleasant blend of colonial charm and small-town hospitality, with lodging, dining, meeting, and, banquet facilities.

Kabuki:  Kabuki is an eclectic sushi & Pan/Asian cuisine restaurant located in the heart of Skaneateles.  Kabuki offers lakeview seating and is located just down the street from the Sherwood Inn, Packwood House or Village Inn.

Patisserie:  Located directly behind the Sherwood Inn, the Patisserie is the exclusive provider or breads and pastries to the Inns located in Skaneateles.  Stop in and sample some of the Patisserie's delectable treats!

Phoebe’s Café: Syracuse, NY, truly an urban restaurant and bar, was opened in 1976.  Instrumental in the rebirth of the neighborhood surrounding Syracuse Stage and East Genesee Street; Phoebe’s attracts its clientele from Syracuse University, the adjacent medical centers and revitalized commercial district, as well as the Syracuse Stage.  In 2004 Christopher Kuhns teamed up with William Eberhardt as co-owner of Phoebe’s.

Hobbit Hollow Farm:  This turn of the century farm house is now a working equestrian farm and luxurious country inn.  This property offers a complimentary full breakfast and rooms overlooking vineyards and Skaneateles Lake.

Village Inn of Skaneateles:  Tasteful village lodging in the European tradition, the Village Inn offers suites with fireplaces, jet tubs, refrigerators and modern amenities.  Enjoy serenity in the heart of historic Skaneateles. 

The Packwood House:  Opened in 2003, the Packwood House offers contemporary lakefront lodging in the center of Skaneateles with convenient in-room amenities including kitchenettes and hi-speed internet access. This property is also handicap accessible and offers garage parking.
